Amazing things will happen.

I have a feeling that 2013 is going to be a year of adventure.  I’d be lying if I said that more traditional resolutions haven’t crossed my mind.  I’ll get to them.  In good time.  More importantly, amazing things will happen.  That’s it, in a nutshell.  That’s our family plan for 2013.  Our mantra.

Amazing things will happen.  The children will grown, and learn and play.  We’ll love each other, and have adventures, and return to our simple home when it’s time to rest.  And then more amazing things will happen.  We’ll make plans, and then end up rolling with the punches.  Doors will close.  Others will open.  It’ll be a blast, and it will be scary, and it will be awesome.  We’ll hold on tight to each other, and see that we all arrive in one piece at the other end, with our heart connections stronger, and our bodies tired.  We’ll look back and laugh and marvel at our magical year.  And then, when 2013 is over, we’ll tie our shoelaces and pack a snack and do it all over again.

Awesomeness prevails.  Amazing things will happen.  That is all.
